Thank you to all bidders and consignors who helped make our inaugural February auction a success!

This inaugural February sale was a major success for both buyers and consignors with a strong sales percentage and active bidding in all categories. A rare violin by Giovanni Francesco Celoniatus attracted interest from both connoisseurs and musicians; a violin by Nicolo Gagliano sold to an accomplished player; violins by Oddone, Ornati, Degani, Bisiach and Tarasconi drew bids from both collectors and musicians and our top lot in the sale by Joseph ‘filius’ Guarneri sold to a violinist from Asia.
We are looking forward to a very active year at Tarisio New York with fine instrument sales now hosted three times a year. See you during our next one in May!
