Because Tarisio is designed as a wholesale marketplace, our prices reflect accurate market trends for collectible instruments. In addition, because of Tarisio’s unique venue and low overhead, our commissions are less than those charged by traditional auction houses and dealers.

All items can be examined at Tarisio’s public exhibition viewings. Musicians are also encouraged to make an appointment to try instruments in the months preceding each auction (call +1.212.307.7224 for New York and +44 (0)20 7096 7316 for London).
Once the catalog has been previewed and the instruments have been inspected, the actual process of placing bids is easy (see Bidding section for more information).
