"This violin exhibits emarkably low arching on the top, but fuller arching on the back, compared to the more balanced arching of Andrea and the higher-arched 'Grand Pattern' model developed by Nicolò."

This violin is of the smaller Amati model, about a centimeter shorter than the standard violin. It has a noticeably flat top arching combined with more pronounced back arching.
